TEN19 × Revido
We start with the base under everything: STEN off the single Mac mini, onto hosting in your own accounts. Then the purchase invoice agent, then the bookkeeping agent and one set of numbers Florian can steer on.
Start here · Milestone 1, the foundation
Every feature is estimated in story points before we start, and you pay the points we use. We guarantee 30 story points a week. When capacity allows, we scale to 50 a week at the same price, which brings the delivery date closer.
Half of a milestone at the start, half at go live. Your custom code sits in your own GitHub from day one.
On parts we built before, you only pay for customising them to STEN, at €150 per story point. What already exists is covered by the subscription, from the day they go live, and we keep them up to date.
In every month we build at least 120 story points for you, Priority costs the Standard price. Standard itself always applies.
You choose this once, at the start. With our modules, ownership only changes when the collaboration ends.
€0.30 per purchase invoice. AI processing runs through our EU router: processed in Europe, nothing stored, never used for training.
Supabase, Railway and Cloudflare run in TEN19’s own accounts, billed straight to your own card at the vendor’s price. Nothing goes through us and we add nothing on top. Tick features or whole milestones in or out below. Every change updates the price right away.
One off, per milestone, at €150 per story point. Every feature and range is the one in the discovery document. It builds on what you already have: your Zenvoices agent, the 305 rules, the meetlat and STEN as it runs today. We only estimate what is missing.
on our module means we start from a module we built before, so you only pay for customising it to STEN, at €150 per story point. Until we have mapped what already exists per module, we count half of its points as customisation. The module itself runs as a subscription, shown in the tag and under Every month.
Not part of the build above. Each one is a one off at €150 per story point, built when you want it. Tick one in to see what it does to the price.
Your bookkeeper leaves and Sebastiaan and Raoul take over from mid December. This is where STEN pays for itself. Switch a driver off to leave it out, open it to change the numbers. Value starts when the milestone it depends on is live.
Move these to test your own numbers. Every result below updates right away. Open a driver further down for all of its inputs.
Tags show where a number comes from: from our talks Dutch average estimate, set it with us. The hour cost is a Dutch average bookkeeper salary, made all in with employer costs. The chart uses the top of each estimate.
